Exchanges and Refunds

We will refund/exchange items up to three days after you have received the product, if items are received damaged. You will need to provide pictures of items that are damaged. You should promptly contact us at info@shop-mireina.com with details of the product and the damage.

Items can only be exchanged or refunded if items are damaged.

If you would like a refund, refunds are processed using the original payment method. Item is refunded at original purchase price. This does not include shipping.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Custom Orders
​
There is now a 20% deposit for all custom orders to cover additional items that are needed to make custom items. Order is not started until deposit is made. Custom orders can be placed here. Once your order is received, we will confirm the order with you and send an invoice for the deposit. Once deposit is made order will be started, completed and shipped.​

Shipping
​
Items are typically shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering. All Jewelry Boxes are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

Payment
We accept cash (in person) and all major credit/debit cards.
